Jayy’s, originally "Jayy's Trays”, began in Colorado in 2019. During the 2020 pandemic, we moved to Connecticut beginning with individual tray orders. With the support of our community and family, we were able to purchase our very first food trailer named Little Red Trailer by April 2021.

When rockin’ with us, our goal is to remind you of how food should make you feel as you indulge in our house-made sauces and seasonings. We are a proud LGBTQ, Latinx and women-owned business deeply involved in our community. Through sports sponsorships and charitable contributions, we actively give back. You can find us at local breweries, wineries and events throughout Connecticut. Additionally, we offer catering services for your personal celebrations, with or without #LRT.
